Then I went through a period of trying to log in and as soon as you click to log in to Shaw Academy, it comes up that it has transitioned to Upskillist and that I have to log in there but then it says I do not have an account there. So when I first signed up, none of the courses would load and I assumed it was because of the transition period so I waited. I never would have signed up if I knew that once the transition happened, I wouldn't be able to access any courses. When I first logged in, it talked about how they were transitioning to Upskillist. I signed up for a lifetime membership with Shaw Academy and have never been able to use it. If you have any questions, I am just an email away. I have attached the refund invoice along with this email. The refund amount should be credited to the user's account within 3-5 business days if they have not raised any dispute with your financial institutions. Whilst we are working to make this right, we have refunded the last 3 payments back to the method of payment used at the time of purchase despite we are in no way wrong in this case as an exception.
